Wow, Awesome, Perfect !!!!
These are just a few words that I would use to explain our entire experience having had my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah celebration at Vienna. First off, we loved dealing with Keith, as he was so easy going, pleasant and accommodating. We (my wife, myself and my daughter) all loved dealing with him. There was never any pressure, or stress at all. When decisions had to be made, he guided us as if it was his own party. We knew we were in great hands, and this came through at every step in the planning, and during the entire night.
The set up and lay out of Vienna was perfect for our party. Many adult guests utilized the outdoor space, which was perfect for sitting and chatting away from the music. The main party room is the perfect size, as it’s not too big to seem overwhelming,but it’s not too small to feel crowded. The bar area is also perfect for hanging out, drinking or chatting. We noticed that the sound/music was never too loud, but was just right. We have been to many party’s where its difficult to have a conversation, but this was not the case. The music was loud enough, but not too loud. The sound system is also very crisp and clear. This became even more evident when we played the montage. The tech for vienna was great, testing the montage on several occasions before the party, so we knew there would not be any issues.
The staff at Vienna were fantastic. From the second we arrived the evening of our party, we were constantly asked if we needed anything, and any concerns were immediately addressed. Every single person we dealt with was friendly and courteous.
While I did not have much time to eat (as we were partying and chatting with ur guests all night), what I did eat was great, and I received glowing reports from many friends and family about the food.
In summary, our experience and party at Vienna exceeded expectations. We loved every second, and were only sad that the night had to come to an end.
