To say I have no words to describe how amazing my daughter Kylie’s Bat Mitzvah was would be a lie. I have too many wonderful things to say about the Vienna. From planning to execution, the staff of the Vienna held my hand every step of the way. Matt Prince made us feel like family from the minute I walked in the door to discuss the party. He promised me that my daughter, the star of the show, would glow the entire night. He was absolutely spot on. Matt knows his business and exactly what his venue is capable of. The staff that Matt has on board is the best in the business, professional, courteous, and talented. No question was too silly or ridiculous for them. Chris and Jackie went thru every single detail with me and knew exactly what was needed to make this an event to remember! Chris treated us like family and that personal touch is what makes the Vienna stand out from other venues. I knew I could call him whenever I had a question during the planning process. He was reliable, thorough and genuine. Not only is the staff top notch, but the food was fabulous! Everything was absolutely delicious, from the cocktail hour to the main course to the fun desserts! Our food sensitivities were accommodated without question and Chris made himself personally available to those that had special dietary restrictions. He went above and beyond! Not only would I recommend the Vienna to anyone, hands down, I’m ready to book my next Mitzvah which is in 5 years from now! Matt, Chris, Jackie and the rest of the staff at the Vienna, the Steins love you and have endless gratitude for our night to remember!
